Onward Search Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions company that helps educators, therapists, and school health professionals find top jobs with the nation's top schools. We're currently hiring Paraprofessionals (ABA Support) across Massachusetts for the upcoming school year, with opportunities available at multiple school levels. This is an in-person role starting July 7, 2025, offering a pay rate of $25 to $30 per hour based on skills and experience.

Join a dedicated team supporting students in specialized ABA programs, where you'll work alongside experienced educators and behavior teams to make a meaningful impact across PreK through 12th grade.

Position Details:

• ABA PreK–4 position
• ABA 5th–8th grade position
• ABA 9th–12th grade position

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in ABA programs.
• Assist with implementing behavior plans under supervision.
• Support classroom management and instructional activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and related service providers.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher.
• At least 48 credit hours from an accredited higher education institution.
• Passing score on a Massachusetts-endorsed assessment (e.g., ParaPro or WorkKeys).
